1. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
- MarketBot subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable.
- No cancellation or refund is offered after payment is completed.
- Users must review their chosen plan before purchase.
- Credit added to your account cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
- Subscription access is provided until the end of the current billing cycle.
- MarketBot reserves the right to change pricing or modify plans at its discretion, without prior notice.
2. User Responsibility
By using our services, the user agrees:
- That all transactions made are voluntary and fully informed
- To accept all market risks associated with live trading
- To ensure platform compatibility and internet availability on their end
- To read and understand this policy before subscribing or trading through the platform
3. Filing a Complaint
While refunds are not entertained, users may write to support@marketbot.info for assistance or to raise any service-related concern. We value all feedback and will aim to resolve issues where feasible.
4. Final Decision
The company reserves the sole right to deny or approve any exceptions in rare cases, but such discretion is exercised strictly and without obligation.
5. Service Interruptions
In the event of service interruptions or technical issues:
- We will work to restore services as quickly as possible
- No refunds will be provided for temporary service interruptions
- Extended outages may be addressed on a case-by-case basis
- Users are responsible for monitoring service status and taking appropriate action
6. Account Suspension
MarketBot reserves the right to suspend accounts for:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Regulatory compliance requirements
Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.
7. Plan Changes
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan:
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of current plans
- Plan changes must be requested through our support team
